Of course! We ship internationally & provide free shipping on all orders!
Gifts are free & welcome, simply enter the recipient's delivery details during checkout, and we'll take care of the rest. No prices will be left on the parcel.
Shipping to rural areas is not a problem and there will be no additional charges.
All of our parcels are tracked, insured and will be delivered by your local nationwide courier company.
We will send you an email containing a tracking number once the product has been dispatched from our manufacturer.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Due to current high demand, orders will typically be delivered in 5-20 business days after being dispatched.
Do I have to pay taxes/import fees?
There may be additional import taxes or customs fees on delivery depending on your country. We cannot be liable for these fees as they vary by the type of item and by country. 95% of the time there are no additional fees. Please consult with your local authorities to confirm.
Will I receive tracking info?
All of our parcels are tracked, insured and will be delivered by your local nationwide courier company. We will send you an email containing a tracking number once the product has been dispatched from our manufacturer.
You can input this tracking number on our website for convenience, it also links to your local nationwide courier for ease of use once it has been transferred from the appropriate overseas logistics company (e.g USPS, AU post, NZ post).
If I order today, will I receive by X date?
Because we work with individual manufacturers, and alot of them are small because we believe in supporting the underdog,we cannot always guarantee delivery before a certain date.There aretoo many factors such as overseas logistics, customs, etc. which may delay the shipment. So please keep this in mind if you're purchasing for a gift, vacation, etc.95% of our orders will be delivered on time within our 5-20 business day ETA, however wecannot be held liableif you do not receive your product before your date. In worst-case scenarios, it'll bedelivered by 25 business days maximum.If your product doesn't get delivered 5-20business days after dispatch, contact us and we can see how close it is to you and why it was delayed. Don't worry, your order and product is on it's way!
How do I track an order?
To track an order, simply click on the shipping confirmation email we send you, click the "View Order" button, once the page loads click on the tracking link.
This will show you the status of your order. Please allow 5-7 days for it to update. Your order is moving through the logistics system but there can be delays in it's reporting. If you need an ETA please contact our team.
Why hasn't my tracking link been updated in a few days?
Sometimes there can be delays in the logistics systems, so don't fret if shipping information is not yet available. Please check back in 5-7 days and it should have updated in most cases.
Contact us if you have concerns regarding this. You can rest assured knowing your tracked and insured package will be delivered in approximately 10-20 business days.
How do I cancel an order?
Once your order has been placed and imported into our system we have no ability to edit or make any changes for you. Our dispatch team is conscious of processing orders as quickly as possible. As a result we are unable to cancel it before shipping. Please take your time whilst processing your order.If you'd like a refund we must wait for the product to arrive first, and we can begin the process from there. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to intercept a package that has already been dispatched. If your order has been shipped, you must follow our return policy to get a refund once you receive your product.Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!
Where do you send products from?
Most of our items are stocked and sent right here in the USA! Some of our products are sent from our manufacturers from around the world including China & Hong Kong.
We have an exclusive manufacturer network, and are very picky on what products we choose to sell. We turn down many manufacturers and products because they don't meet our standards.

I've purchased multiple items in 1 order, but only received a few so far. What's happening?
Because our products are sourced from individual manufacturers within our network, in some cases your order will be fulfilled via multiple packages instead of only 1. That means some may arrive before others.
We find this to be a better service, as we can dispatch the items to you more quickly, rather than waiting to ship them all at once.
We can provide tracking information for each individual line item in your order, just reach out to our friendly team if you need an ETA. Rest assured you'll receive all your products in a timely manner.

Returns
At Kikuya Stationery we value our customers and give them full peace of mind with a 30-day return period if their product isn't as described.
Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, then we will NOT be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Disclaimer
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
The customer is responsible for sending the product back to our warehouses and must pay for the return shipping costs.
We also recommend using a tracked courier, for we cannot be held liable if the product isn't received by our manufacturers.

Returns Procedure
- Step 1: Email Kikuya Stationery (info@kikuyastationery.com) and send us photos as well as a quick explanation of what is faulty about the product or why it doesn't meet your expectations.
- Step 2: We will confirm the receipt of your returns request, and process it internally.
- Step 3: We will grant you partial or full store credit depending on the unique circumstances of your order.
Order Cancellation

Change of Delivery Address
- Please ensure you enter the correct delivery information into your order, once orders are processed our team automatically begins packing the order and we cannot always guarantee that it will be changed on time.
If your order has been shipped, you must follow our return policy to get a refund once you receive your product. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!
Refusal Of Delivery
If you refuse a shipment from Kikuya Stationery, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have been incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to Kikuyu Stationery's warehouses. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the shipment has been received back.
Slight Differences In Products
Our products are made to order from independent manufacturers, often by hand. This means that there can sometimes be very minor differences between what's shown on our website to what is delivered in person. By very minor we mean slightly different shades of color, slightly different patterns or designs, etc. Most of the time you wouldn't even notice but we do have to clearly state this to all of our customers to prevent any misunderstandings.
